2!!

My beautiful Bethany Joy turned 2 last week. She is a very nig 'In the Night Garden' fan, so we had a night garden party on Saturday. Above is her Makka Pakka cake.

Brett painted some of the characters from the show to put up on the day, above are the tombiliboos, below are Iggle Piggle (without his blanket because we were pinning that on later) and Upsy Daisy.

I also made some flowers out of paper plates to represent the daisies in the garden and my version of the night garden coloured flower balls out of tissue paper.

Bethy was so excited when everything was set up.

There was yummy party food.

There were games. We did some night garden colouring in, played pass the parcel, and pinned the blanket on iggle piggle.

Bethy was so excited at cake time, I lit the candle about 4 times and she kept blowing it straight out before we could sing or get a photo, so we gave up on the candle and just sang  and she had the biggest smile on her face :-)

She loved all her presents.

And my gorgeous girl even helped mummy to clean up afterwards!!!!!

I cannot believe my little baby Bethany Joy is now 2 years old and growing up so fast, happy birthday precious girl :-)
