The gym was hard work today, it's been 2 weeks since i've gone cause it was closed over the christmas and new year period. I am determined to work really hard over the next few months and get my eating back on track too that was going so well before the holidays. I am going to be a bridesmaid in June (my 8th time as a bridesmaid!) and i'm sick of always being the fat bridesmaid!! I want to lose weight for health and energy reasons too, but a bridesmaid dress is a very good motivator!!!!
