Pretty :-)

Bethany received a lovely gift in the mail today. This headband made by the talented Rebecca, you can check out her crafty blog at http://make-it-funky.blogspot.com/

Bethy absolutely loved it and wanted to put on the "pretty" as she called it. It's hard to get her to stay still for photos so I managed to grab a couple of shots while she was reading mummy's Masterchef magazine. It's reversible, green on one side, pink on the other and the flower is actually on a clip that you can take on and off or even wear by itself, very clever!

She actually stood still and let me take this photo (which is a very rare thing) so that we could capture a shot of the pink side as well. She then decided that bubba should have a 'pretty' so I put a little headband on Elora that came with one of the outfits she got for christmas, I thought she would pull it straight off but she just left it alone, much to Bethy's delight who kept pointing at Elora and saying 'bubba pretty'.

This clever little chickie is crawling properly all the time now and likes to stand up holding onto anything she can. She even walked across the room on Sunday by pushing the toy piano around in front of her. The cheeky face in this photo in the cot is of a little girl that was supposed to be sleeping but is just way too impressed with her new talents to waste time laying down!!

She'll be 9 months old on Wednesday, these past couple of months have just seemed to go so quickly, I guess cause she has gained so many new talents in the past few weeks that she suddenly seems so much more grown up, and I can't believe it's only 5 weeks until Bethany turns 2, that just sounds way too grown up to me. The bubba days just go way too quick!!

They are such pretty girls :) I love the headband it's gorgeous! Wow Elora is on the move! I was lucky Essence didntvstart crawling until almost 11 months and then she was up walking a month later. The time when they're little goes so fast! Sometimes I really wish I coukd hit the pause button!
